Hello, how are you? Why does my parcel say it’s destination county is China? CP394160917CN is its tracking number. It should be coming to Canada. Is there an error in a system? Should I be lodging a complaint or seeking a refund?

The destination is Canada. There is no problem for it. It left China on June 19 and on the way to Canada now. It should reach recently.

My order, tracking # LZ244182996CN, arrived in it's county of destination, Colombia, but I have not heard of it since July 3, 2025. Is it possible that it's being held by customs?
