Why has my package been at the same stage of shipping for 18 days?

My two orders tracking number QLD000036809CN and QLD000033745CN has been saying : “ Guangzhou, cargo leaves operation center” since “2025-09-19 18:05”. Are my packages still on route to me or is there a problem? Please advise me on how I should proceed.

I urgently need the parcel. I hope the package will arrive the soonest possible. It was stuck on this stage since December 17, 2021. I chose the Express Shipping as I thought it would come as early as expected.
