Why hasn’t my package been delivered?

My package has been stuck in the same location since March 6th. Today is March 14th.
The location where the package is stuck is about an hour from its destination.
Why hasn’t it been delivered.
The tracking number is AG280572685CN

Hi Mau,

In this case, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
