Why hasn't my package moved since leaving Shanghai airport?

This is what I show when I track it: Tracking Number: UA937771758US

Your item departed a transfer airport in PU DONG, SHANGHAI, CHINA on July 24, 2020 at 1:08 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

It has not moved since... why?? How long does it take after arriving to get to the destination?
