How can you say the order arrived when we haven't received anything and no one has contacted us to pick up the package? The tracking information shows it arrived and we received it, which is a lie. We haven't received anything and haven't received any contact either!

Please I Chukwubuikem favour Mmesoma placed an order on Aliexpress on 23rd of June and the order is a phone with the tracking number RE044437510NL.. And on July 12 it get to my Country customs (Nigeria) and up till now I haven't received my order, neither have I gotten any phone call or an email concerning my order and according to this tracker here it's said to have been moved to Netherlands.. Please what's happening I need a detailed explanation.. Thank you
