My tracking number is SYWH010636733 and I haven't yet received my order though it appears to have already arrived in my country, South Africa from 21 October...What could have led to the delay of the delivery?

It's sent by SUNYOU Express. It arrived in South Africa on October 21. You need to contact the seller to ask if there is another tracking number to track it when it's in South Africa. If it couldn't be delivered in time, you need to let the seller give you a solution as soon as possible.
