Why is my package delayed before COVID

My package was shipped out the 13th of March with no Further updates. This was before any huge COVID19 changes. Why is there no further knowledge of my package? Can you find it for me?

Hi Kat,

Packages sent in March are also affected by the COVID. Please provide tracking number here in order to check it for you.
