Hi!
Theres been no updates to my order on tracking since 20 October. My order seems to be sitting in a processing centre in my actual suburb for more than a week now. Shipping was supposed to be 15-20 days and I need this package before the end of the week! Please help!

Hi HarleyJ,

It should be delayed by your local courier due to some reason. You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, use the number to check with Australia Post.

I ordered a package and it has been sitting in transit for over a week. Track number is: AG042551021CN. It’s saying that it arrived in Amsterdam but doesn’t tell me where the package is now or when it will arrive at my home or what the local post conpany is. I need to know what’s going on with my package, I also can’t contact the EMA ChinaPost company.
