I ordered a package and it has been sitting in transit for over a week. Track number is: AG042551021CN. It’s saying that it arrived in Amsterdam but doesn’t tell me where the package is now or when it will arrive at my home or what the local post conpany is. I need to know what’s going on with my package, I also can’t contact the EMA ChinaPost company.

I have sent back a package due to poor quality for a refund and it has now been sitting in customs. I followed the instructions to send it back and reached out to the company to ask why it’s in customs so long and got no answer so now I’m reaching out to you all. The tracking number Is LH124010504US and is being sent to china
