I have sent back a package due to poor quality for a refund and it has now been sitting in customs. I followed the instructions to send it back and reached out to the company to ask why it’s in customs so long and got no answer so now I’m reaching out to you all. The tracking number Is LH124010504US and is being sent to china

Hi Erica,

Taxes need to be paid by the recipient. You need to notice the receiver to pay for it. Or, it couldn't be released from the customs. The receiver should have got the notice from the customs.

Theres been no updates to my order on tracking since 20 October. My order seems to be sitting in a processing centre in my actual suburb for more than a week now. Shipping was supposed to be 15-20 days and I need this package before the end of the week! Please help!
