Tracking Nr: AG042551021CN | Update? Transit for over 3 weeks

Hi,
I ordered a package and it has been sitting in transit for over a week. Track number is: AG042551021CN. It’s saying that it arrived in Amsterdam but doesn’t tell me where the package is now or when it will arrive at my home or what the local post conpany is. I need to know what’s going on with my package, I also can’t contact the EMA ChinaPost company.

Hi Daisy,
Thanks for your reply. The seller is not responding, and I tried to get a refund and also that I can’t do. I also called EMS Post and they said that I need to contact the seller but its been over 2 weeks and still no response.

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Netherlands. Then, use the number to check with Netherlands Post. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
