Why is my package tacking so long ?

Hi I have a package coming from China that has been in transit for 3 weeks now. I contacted the seller and they said that it was still on it way but the tracking has not been updated for 3 weeks. The tracking ID is AQ025384522CN. Could I please have an update. Thanks in advance fr the help.
