why is package returned?

Could someone please help me understand why package CX304723617US is returning back to me? It followed all the shipping rules.

What's in the package? It shows your item is not allowed to import to China.

My package is being returned back to me. There is nothing dangerous in the box, so I am afraid that it might be the size and weigh. Could someone please tell me what is the size and weigh regulation for shipping a package to China from US? Thank you so much for your help. It was a Father's day gift and it broke my heart that it could not get to my father who is so far away. The package number is CX304723617US and it contains only chocolate, hot chocolate powder, clothes, and vitamins.

I think there is problem with the chocolate powder. It couldn't pass customs check maybe.
