Hi there,
It says my item was delivered, tracking number is ZA03778579701. However, I was at home all of yesterday and all of today, and it is nowhere to be seen. No delivery person knocked on the door, it's not left at my door, and not in my mailbox which allows for parcels to go in.

Hello,

The delivery arrived when I wasn’t home. I work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can leave the delivery after these hours. Today, May 6, I will be home at 4:00 PM, and tomorrow at 2:00 PM.
Please leave the product either before or after my working hours, or at least send me a message when you plan to arrive with the delivery so I can arrange for someone to receive it. But I need to know the delivery time in advance, or please leave it outside my apartment door.

I have two packages and China post can not deliver: RE772352655KR, RE600145267KR (I don't know why, they didn't leave any message, probably I was not home when they tried, I just see failed delivery in the tracking) I would go and pick up in the post office. How can I know which post office should I go?
