Delivery failure- pick up in person

I have two packages and China post can not deliver: RE772352655KR, RE600145267KR (I don't know why, they didn't leave any message, probably I was not home when they tried, I just see failed delivery in the tracking) I would go and pick up in the post office. How can I know which post office should I go?

Hi Magdolna Kiss,

You need to contact China Post to confirm your address and phone number and you could ask for them to deliver it again to you.

China Post service number 11185 (then 8 for English service)
