Why isn't the tracking information in English so people can read it

The tracking info is in Chinese. That's useless to people that are not Chinese. That's very disrespectful, it shows that you people have no regard but for yourselves only. This is why the world wants to cut you off

Hi Suckmeoff,

You can get 'Translate' from the right bottom of the tracking result.

I've read many mails here from people asking where is my package I have the same issue, says my package was delivered I was home noone came.
