Why my parcel is returned, and what is the final destination now?!!

Dear sir

Please update me the status of my parcel bearing tracking number: RV264109765CN ?!

I've been waiting for around 13 days in transit, at the end, it is informing that it will be returned!!

Whether it will be returned to the shipper or it will be routed through a different terminal to my address?

It's still in transit in China now. It will be left China in the following days.
