The small package was shipped 10 days ago from China to Russia. Tracking CP387262972CN. On June 10 the message was received: "Export to the country of destination" from Beijing. On June 11s the parcel was exported to the country of the destination from Zhengzhou City. On June 15th the parcel was returned to the sender unexpectedly. My question is why the parcel was returned to the sender. I need reasons. Why the parcel was not delivered?
