It didn't pass the security check. You need to track it in the following days to see if it will be returned to the seller or sent again. If it's back to the seller or stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

Hi.
I have two parcel that doesn't move since a long.
One is RV432161155CN, I don't know if this is still in the way to my country (Chile) or something happened.
The other is UJ201503764CN, I asked to the seller and he didn't know whar happened to the package, He retuned me the money and said that probably I still can get the product.
I want to know if you have any extra information about this. I know that with the virus everything is taking more time than usual, but I want to be sure.
