Could I get information why my shippiments were retuned?

RV358628764CN & RE005619294CN
Both were retuned at the same day, they were supposed to be shipped to Serbia. Is there some problem with shipping to Serbia because of the COVID19? Generally, what seems to be the problem with the customs?

Hi Djuka,

They couldn't pass the security check and are on the way back to the seller now. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution in time.

Hi.
I have two parcel that doesn't move since a long.
One is RV432161155CN, I don't know if this is still in the way to my country (Chile) or something happened.
The other is UJ201503764CN, I asked to the seller and he didn't know whar happened to the package, He retuned me the money and said that probably I still can get the product.
