Hi, I have unregister parcel UJ577043995CN. I do not understand why has the parcel being stuck at Shanghai airline departured since 8/23?
How can airline being on the air that long?
if it is possible, would you please help me to understand the reasons? Thanks you very much.

One of the reason I ask the above question, because I also has 2 orders that had the same Shanghai airline departured only few days earlier than the above order. these two orders changed status and arrived Canada only 7 days.

Shanghai airline departured doesn't mean it has left China. It still needs to wait for the flight and takes about another 2-15 days to leave China. There will be update when it arrives in Canada. Please wait for more days to get update. Package with tracking number starting with U is sent by China Post ordinary packet, it takes 40-90 days to reach Canada as it needs to be transited to other countries then go to Canada.
