Wondering why my package is stuck in transit?

I ordered a package from China over 3 weeks ago and apparently it has been delivered to Glasgow UK but we are now in a loop of destination in transit and arriving at the sorting centre? It looks like a fake package as do alot of people's having read customer complaints? My so called package number is AT118796579CN Probably doesn't matter now but that is the package number.
