You said it was delivered went to retrieve it was not there

I went to receive my package that you said was delivered, but I can’t find it. Was it delivered to the correct place? I’m not sure what’s going on. I waited for this thing for 24 days and still I can’t find it.

Hi Todd Linn,

If you don't find it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

My parcel have be in Guangzhou since 18th August 2021. System show handled over to airline. Sender have request parcel to be retrieve and send back to sender, however 2 weeks gone and parcel not retrieve.

Hello my package with tracking number AG863911098CN has been delivered to the wrong destination sender confirms correct tracking number for my package however been delivered to Buffalo NY and I'm located in Missouri what can be done to retrieve my package and have shipped to correct address or to receive a refund for my purchase shipper says all information is correct on their responsibility now falls upon you guys
