Your tracking shows my parcel as delivered but it has not been delivered

I have been tracking my parcel ref: AM779414694CN for several days. It is now shown as delivered but it has not been received
Could you confirm that you have handled this parcel and if so, which UK port or airport did you deliver it to and which UK carrier was it collected by?
