Hi, are there delays in Xiamen?

My parcel left the Regional Sorting Centre in Xiamen, but hasn’t arrived at the next location yet. There is a note on the tracking info that says “processing centre is closed”. The next location (according to tracking info) should be another location in the same city, but it hasn’t arrived there yet.

Is there a problem with this delivery? Do I need to contact someone? Or is this a COVID related delay?
