I’m contacting you regarding the above tracking number. It shows the package was delivered on May 22, 2025, at 8:32 PM to 945 Forest Overlook Drive SW, Atlanta, GA 30331. However, the package was never received.

I have several security cameras covering my driveway, front yard, front door, and doorbell. I’ve reviewed the footage and can confirm that no delivery vehicle arrived and no one approached the house or walked up the stairs during the time indicated—or at any other time that evening.

Because the tracking shows it as delivered, I understand DAFENGRUI TRADING CO., LIMITED is currently not offering a refund or replacement. Given the circumstances and the video evidence I can provide, I’d like to understand how this can be resolved.

I’m disappointed with how this has been handled so far and would appreciate clarification on what steps your team can take to make this right.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
