I purchased this on Amazon, so any correspondence has to go through Amazon customer service. They just respond with it will be here on time. It says the parcel has passed through US Customs. Why can’t I contact anyone to find my shipment or to even ask questions? It’s here in the United States and seems to have just stopped moving.
Please explain to me what happens with China Post packages after they reach the United States and they have a China Post tracking number. Apparently, the China Post tracking number stops at customs. Do they receive another number when they’re transferred to USPS for delivery? If not, what is used to identify China packages when they’re moving in the US? Please help
