the product has not been recieved .... n showing delivered to the address.... we made many complaints but was not addressed by the concerned persons.

Hi Pratyush Tripathi,

The sender uses China Post Small Packet Plus to send it. It's not registered thus couldn't be tracked. It's normal for this kind of packet to arrive more than two months. But if you couldn't receive it within three months, it may be lost.
