2 Parcels Showed Delivered but NOT Received

To which local courier where these tracking numbers handed over for delivery? QPL699241973CM And QLD000051685CN.
I even paid for the insurance for one of them. How come nobody can tell me which local courier handled the delivery? What’s the use of having a tracking number if you can’t even locate the parcels?
