2 weeks no update on status

tracking number CP327056854CN, i was told i will take 7-10 days to receive package, but its been 16 days without any updates. is this normal? thanks

It's not sent by EMS, so it's impossible for it to reach within 7-10 days. It's sent by China Post large package via air. To my experience, it takes a month to reach US. So, it may reach US around February 10th.
