4 months since package shipped out.

Hello my tracking number is CP365442368CN. It has been 4 months since it was shipped out and I still have not received it. The tracking number is expired and I hope it is not lost. Please update me on its whereabouts and let me know if there is any way to track and speed up its delivery.

It's not normal that it's still in transit and hasn't been arrived. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
