According to poste Italiane, the issues is from China post

Regarding these packages i have asked for return to the sender in india
But on tracking i see that the packages are not moving and delayed . Why?

The package EV980179340CN was sent to a apartment address where I no longer live and the office doesnt take packages for former residents so they returned to sender but the tracking shows that its "out for delivery" since July 10 with no update
