HELLO,

I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY PARCEL NEARLY OVER 2 WEEK. THE TRACKING SEEMS FAKE BUT IT SHOWS IT HAS ARRIVED TO UK AND DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECIVED AYHTING. I HAVE EMAILED COUPLE OF TIMES WITH NO RESPONE. I WANT TO KNOW WHERE IS MY PARCEL, DO I NEED TO GO AND COLLECT, LIKE THIS IS VERY CONFUSING.

KINDLY, I WOULD LIKE HELP AND WOULD LIKE TO KNO WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY PACKAGE
