Parcel sent on 7th january and still havent recieved

my parcel has been sent out on the 7th of january and it said 30 working days, well today it has been 30 days and i have not recieved
tracking nb: RV316916915CN
it left china on the 17th january so i dont think coronavirus is affecting it

Hi lh4422,

It's not affected by the coronavirus. Your package left China on 17th january and is still in transit to Romania now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
