Sent husband another package which is not being delivered again. I don’t know why. There is someone at the apartment building who accepts packages. This is costing me a lot of money. I put the phone number of his Chinese friend and his email. They have NOT been notified.

Your item could not be delivered on May 14, 2018 at 1:29 pm in CHINA due to the addressee was not available at time of delivery. Better let the recipient contact China Post (call 11183) to check what's wrong with it.
