It's ePacket. It usually needs 15 days to reach Australia. There may further update to show it arrives Australia around Dec. 14.

7-10 days should be 7-10 working days. In most cases, it needs 15 days including weekends.

I didn't get what i ordered online, same brand but wrong item. What will be the process in case? I will return this to Postal Office?

Don't retun this to postal office. Contact the seller to ask please. They will tell you their address and let you return it back to them. You should require them to send the right one to you again. The postage should be paid by the seller as they sent you the wrong one.
