Are there delays on parcel that was shipped out on Jan 22?

I have a parcel that left Wuhan on Jan 22 by airmail and I'm wondering if the parcels arrival date will be impacted? or does it only impact parcels that have not left the country

Hi B,

If it has left China on Jan. 22, it's not affected. It only affect parcels that have not left China.

Hi, I need to send a 29kg large package from Beijing to Singapore.
1. Can i arrange for courier staff to pick up the package from my door or do I need to send the package to the post office?
2. Will there be any problems or delay with delivery of packages out of China in view of the virus situation?

Today is May 30, and the parcel still has not left China. I understand that delays can happen, but I am concerned because the parcel has been waiting for a long time without any significant movement.

Could you please check the current status of this parcel and confirm whether it is still waiting for a flight, waiting for export processing, or if there is any issue causing the delay?

I also noticed that some parcels shipped after mine have already moved or left China, so I would appreciate any clarification regarding my shipment.

This parcel is very important to me because I need it before June 20-23.
