Arrival at destination

The status of my package had been arrived at destination country since 21 july from Malaysia, but got no any update after that. Why is it? Has my package really already arrived or not? Usually it would arrive to my house around a week or two after that status. Please help. S00000151268184 or UD313418385MY

I ordered a few things from AliExpres from different merchants. At some point, a few of the packages were consolidated into a single package and I received a message from AliExpress that my delivery was "upgraded." My order supposedly arrived in the U.S. on 11/1 and has sat in "arrival at destination" since then. Is this remotely normal? What is going on and when will I receive my package. Tracking is:
