Hi,

My parcel RG032466071CN has not arrived to Vanuatu according to the Vanuatu Post but your tracking system shows that it reached Vanuatu on the 28th of October. Do you have any way to track the parcel as Vanuatu Post cannot.

According to the tracking information, the package status has not been updated since October 28th when it showed "Arrived at destination." This situation is common in international mail and usually means that the package has entered the customs or postal system of the destination country but has not yet completed internal clearance and delivery scanning. Sometimes, after international packages arrive in the destination country, they cannot be immediately tracked on the postal website of the destination country due to delays in the synchronization of logistics information.

The Vanuatu Post's official website clearly states that they have customs and quarantine offices in their post offices in Port Vila and Luganville. After the package arrives, it may need to complete customs clearance procedures there. The time required for the customs clearance process is uncertain, which is likely the main reason why your package's logistics information is stalled and why Vanuatu Post cannot track it.

You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck for a long time, you need to contact the seller to get a solution in time.

The status of my parcel says "arrival at destination" since for the last 5 days since august 11,2023. I have checked the national [post office here they said your parcel is not arrived. so what is mean by" arrival at destination". or when will my parcel arrive.
