Earlier today I asked about shipping RC Car with 7.4V 1500mAh Li-ion Battery inside the package (really little battery).
Daisy answered me that it is allowed via SEA SHIPPING with CHINA POST.
Today I went to CHONGQING HuangNiBang CHINA POST office, they told me it's prohibited air/sea doesn't matter.
Can you please send me the link to the regulation regarding BATTERIES and SEA SHIPPING, so I can go to the post office and show them it is allowed.

I have an IMAC computer that contains internal batteries. i read your restrictions that items with batteries are not allowed. However, should i opt for surface parcel, would this restriction still be applicable?
