Blocked In transit for two months

AS976025333CN and AS976025333CN. They are in the destination country, Spain, since April 12 and have passed customs clearance. But they are block there and there aren't any updated. The seller don't give me any solution. I can't contact with the national postal office because the tracking numbers aren't recognized by they, neither in the national customs website. I don't know what I can do.
