Hello!
Your tracking system shows that my package is in Bulgarian Post and "The shipment is not traceable, Only registered shipment is tracked". This status is the same for at least 45 days.
It seems it is stuck. Is there anyway to know about my package? I am from Brazil and my package should come to Brazil, not to Bulgaria.

Hi Alessandra Minali,

In this case, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and let the seller open a case from the courier to check it for you.

what is the specific address for this location and is it a Post office managed by China post or Saudi Post. Please provide more details
