Please can you confirm address for package with tracking number AS062171478CN as the company sending the package claim to have sent twice but u.k courier days the package was for a different name and address and I think it is a scam company

i put the australian post office as my addres collect, my parcel status was waiting to pick up since 22 march 2023 which today is 31 march 2023. it’s more than a week and i didnt get any updated about my tracking number with australia post. but the status in the track history WAITING FOR PICK UP. how can i pick my parcel ih CHINA POST didnt give any update about my au post track number parcel. HOW?
