Cannot trace my package

I am unable to trace my package which I ordered on the 10-9-16 from China post. My Tracking Number is LX976157745CN please can you help.

Hi Tish,

Your package is shipped by ePacket which couldn't tracked in China Post tracking system. I think you bought something on Ebay. You can track it from eBay where you bought the item. If you couldn't find where to track it, contact the seller to help you track.

I really would like the help and support from someone from CHINA POST to check who was the transport company of shipment with track and trace AM351430705CN. This is a CN track and trace.
