Last update for My package was that it was cleared from customs beginning of September and now can’t track it. It was shipped in mid August

Hi Farah,

There is no tracking information for it. You'd better contact the sender to make sure ACM883013355CY is the right tracking number. According to the tracking format, it's shipped by Guangzhou Red Cloud International Trade Co., Ltd. (红云邮贸).
