我从国外寄出的显示器 运输号CZ002671896SG，在广州海关那已要三个星期了。
请问到底是怎么回事？我之前在淘宝购买的显示器在国外收到坏的，商家不肯退款只接受退换，麻烦你们帮忙。

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.
