My small package from the U.S. is stuck at Nanning customs. It also doesn't have our Chinese phone contact number on package so they can't contact us in China. Can you provide ant assistance to contact someone in Nanning or give us a contact number to get status?

It's waiting for the receiver to pay the tax now. You'd better let the receiver in China contact China Post directly to ask how to pay.
