Hello,

I would like to ship several large packages to Taipei, what are the shipping rates? They will be 10-30 kg each, SAL or Surface are the options I am looking at

Only SAL or air is available.

Here is the rates by SAL for your reference:
10kg is about 134.50RMB.
20kg is about 184.50RMB.
30kg is about 234.50RMB.

Better go to one of your post office to make sure.

Package stuck in transit (in Taipei for almost three months) (0 reply)

I sent a handmade gift to a friend in New Taipei City, Taiwan on August 23, 2023 via US Postal Service. The tracking shows that it arrived in Taipei on September 27, and it has not moved since. It is now December 19. My friend contacted the post in Taiwan and they could not find the tracking number in their system. He has not received any notice that import fees were due and we do not know the status of the package.
My USPS tracking number is: UH051345748US.
If you could please help me locate the package and resolve the issue, I would really appreciate it. The item is one-of-a-kind and handmade, and I put many hours into it, so this is very concerning to me.
