China Post package successfully delivered but did not receive it

I receive two China Post tracking numbers but did not receive packages to my correct mailing address although they said it was delivered. The tracking numbers AM238112801CN and AM230166004CN.
China Post never sent me the ground transportation vendor tracking number in the united states who would be responsible for delivery because China Post do not handle delivery to a mailing address in US.

Do China Post handle ground transfers on small packages to mail address in the united States or use another vendor to make deliveries. If so can you provide tracking number and name of vendor to conduct search.
AM230166004CN was delivered on Feb.15. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. AM238112801CN is still in transit and hasn't been delivered.
