China Post service has stopped

Hi Dear Admin,
I just wondering about this; according to post office info from my supplier, China Post International Large Package service has stopped goods importation recently so can't deliver to Indonesia, is that true?

Hi ebiwibi,

Due to the coronavirus, it couldn't be shipped to Indonesia. You should wait until the Corona situation calms down a bit.

But does this apply to all types of goods and types of China Post shipment services? besides, the item I was about to send was not food or drink classification, just a few sample bottles. Also, what you suggestion for another service close to China Post International Large Package rate service?

Hello,
I bought an item in Japan and send it to a warehouse in China, this is the tracking number:
RX067132330JP
After being in "Retention" for nearly 1 month, the current status says "Import Stopped" What does this mean? What can I do to request the delivery of the package? I don't know anyone in China and I can't contact China Post or Japan Post directly, because I live in Colombia. so I'd appreciate your support to solve this problem.
